What this studio is

scpn-quantum-control compiles arbitrary bounded Kuramoto oscillator networks into XY/XXZ spin Hamiltonians and circuits, evolves them on simulators, analyses synchronisation with persistent-homology witnesses, and ledgers every hardware claim against committed raw-count evidence. The executive studio runs all nine federation verbs from one CLI — each action seals an auditable record with a content digest and writes a standalone reproduction script; live-QPU deployment is approval-gated and fails closed. At today's reachable sizes classical solvers outperform the quantum routes; the claim ledger says exactly what is and is not demonstrated.

Quantum simulation of coupled-oscillator synchronisation on IBM Heron r2 (156 qubits). Rust-accelerated (5401×). 20/20 hardware experiments. CHSH S=2.165. First heterogeneous Kuramoto-XY on quantum hardware.
