Dual licensing
The SCPN Studio platform, Hub SDK, and related reference code are dual-licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later and a proprietary commercial license. You may choose the license that best fits your use case.
Open-source option
If your use complies with the AGPL-3.0-or-later, the source code is available at no cost. Any modified version that is made available to users over a network must also be published under the AGPL.
Commercial option
The commercial license allows you to use, modify, and distribute the platform without the network-copyleft requirements of the AGPL. It is intended for organizations that want to run private or embedded instances, offer managed services, or bundle SCPN Studio in a product.
What is covered
- Hub runtime, studio orchestration, and federation SDK.
- Portal theme, components, and build tooling in this repository.
- Reference implementations of studio contracts and seal verification.
Scientific concepts, publications, and user-generated studio content are not part of the software license and remain the property of their respective authors.
