1. Who we are
The Anulum Institute operates the SCPN Studio ecosystem. The data controller for the Services is Miroslav Šotek, reachable at protoscience@anulum.li.
2. What we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate the Services:
- Account information: email address, display name, and password hash.
- Session identifiers stored in httpOnly, Secure cookies.
- Billing and subscription records processed by Polar.
- Scientific job inputs and outputs you submit to studios.
- Server logs for security and debugging.
3. How we use data
We use your data to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate you; to process payments; and to communicate about your account or the Services.
4. Cookies and storage
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also store your display theme preference in browser localStorage if you choose a theme. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Services (e.g., payment processing) and when required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, password hashing, MFA support, and least-privilege access. Signing keys are kept offline.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data through the account settings or by contacting us.
8. Retention
We retain account data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
