What this studio is
SCPN Phase Orchestrator (SPO) turns the repeating signals a system already produces — waveforms, event streams, state changes — into a shared language of phase, then answers three operator questions with false-alarm-controlled evidence rather than one confident number: what is locking together, whether damping is falling toward a regime change, and which single bounded knob could steer it back as a reviewable proposal before anything touches hardware. The early-warning suite runs three complementary detectors and an ensemble, wrapping every alarm in a hash-sealed evidence record with an explicit claim boundary and an honest lead time. Where the signature is a physically deterministic mode — for example a grid oscillation checked against small-signal eigenvalues — SPO recovers it; on noisier domains generic early-warning detection is at chance at an honest operating point, and SPO is built to report that rather than overclaim. It ships bindings for 36 domains as reusable scaffolds, not validated detectors, and never actuates blindly: every proposed change is bounded, rate-limited, and audit-logged for human review.
